Blaze Pizza is now open at Legacy Square in Linden, New Jersey (820 West Edgar Road, Suite 820-A), bringing a fast-casual, build-your-own pizza experience to Union County. Guests can customize their pizzas with more than 40 fresh toppings, house-made doughs, and sauces—then watch them bake in about 180 seconds.

Hours are Sunday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Friday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. The Linden restaurant is operated by GSP Group, a local team behind other well-known concepts, with plans to expand to more New Jersey locations in the future.
